What if my code doesn't work?
In the unlikely event that your code doesn't open the doors, here is what to do.
- Check you're at the correct entrance to the Hotel24seven complex.
Rooms 200 - 207 use Acramans Road Entrance
Rooms 300 - 312 use Dean Lane Entrance.

- Check your watch! Your code will only work AFTER 3PM (15:00) on the day of your arrival.
- Check your code! At the end of a long journey it is make a mistake, so wait 6 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. Don't forget your code includes these characters * and # as well as numbers and you must enter these too!
I've booked secure parking - how do I get in?
Check in as normal and you'll find your key fob for the hotel's secure parking area in your room. For more instructions see the secure parking for guests page
