Payment
Full payment by use of the online credit card/debit card payment is required at the time of booking. Should full payment not reach Hotel24seven.com's account at the time of booking , the company reserves the right to cancel any bookings made.

Payment Methods
Hotel24seven.com accepts the following methods of payment:-
- Online transcation through Visa, Amex or Mastercard
- Cash/Cheque (with prior authority by the manager)
Occupancy
The number of people permitted to occupy each room/suite is limited to the number of beds as indicated on the website. However, in some rooms/suites, a temporary bed can be provided for short periods and will be charged by prior agreement at the time of booking.
If, on any occasion, the number of people permitted to occupy an room/suite is exceeded, Hotel24seven.com reserve the right to cancel the customers stay with immediate effect and withhold the booking fee.
Arrivals and Departure Times
Rooms are available for occupation from 15:00 hours on the day of arrival to 11:00 hours on the day of departure. Failure to adhere to these times may result in additional charges, unless otherwise agreed with the manager.
Access & Security - IMPORTANT
Hotel24seven.com operates an access code entry system that will provide customers with a unique code that will allow access to the entrance of the hotel and the individual room/suite the custome has booked. Customers will be provided with an access code on completition of the booking and payment via a secure email. It is the responsibility of the customer to retain the code at all times
Hotel24seven are not responsible if a customer cannot gain entry to their room through the loss of their unique code.
Confirmation of Booking
On receipt of a completed form and full payment (where applicable), Hotel24seven.com will e-mail the customer with confirmation of their booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a cancellation is made 24 hours prior to arrival date and acknowledged by us, then a full refund (less a £10:00 administration charge) will be made to the customer. Where cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to arrival date no refund will be made under any circumstances. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals. All cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail to [email protected].
Damages
Without exception, damages to the contents of the room or the shared facilities must be paid in full by the customer. In the event of any breakages or damage (before or after the customer vacates), Hotel24seven.com will provide the customer with a detailed breakdown of the issues and the repair costs. Where possible, photographic evidence will also be supplied on request and an itemised bill relating to this expense will be e-mailed within seven working days.
Broadband Access
Hotel24seven.com provides a 24/7 broadband facility in all apartments at no additional charge. However, whilst Hotel24seven.com will make every effort to ensure that the service is available at all times, should there be a fault with the user's hardware or software, or the service is temporarily suspended, the company do not offer any refund or reduction in the room rates.
Hotel24seven.com does not assume any responsibility for any damage to a computer belonging to a customer, nor the data contained on it, or the security of any data transmitted over the Internet. It is the sole responsibility of customers to protect their computers from viruses, loss of data and/or unauthorised access.
Rates
All rates quoted are based on the company pricing structure at the time that a booking is confirmed. Once a booking has been confirmed Hotel24seven.com will not change the rate quoted unless you change the booking. VAT is included in the price and is charged at the rate in force at the time of invoicing. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Insurance and Liability
Hotel24seven.com cannot be held responsible in any way for loss of, or damage to, contents, furniture, fittings or any personal belongings at the apartment locations. Nor can Hotel24seven.com be held liable for the acts or defaults caused by third parties. You are advised to ensure your own insurance policies cover loss or damage to personal property during your stay. Customers are advised to take out adequate travel and personal insurance.

Shared Facilities
Where facilities at a Hotel24seven.com property are shared customers are requested to respect the health and safety guidelines, as displayed on notices within the building. Particular attention should be paid to the standard hygiene issues relating to the preparation and consumption of food and beverages on the premises
Feedback and Complaints
In the event that a customer is not entirely satisfied with the service, he/she should notify the manager in the first instance. If the problem cannot be resolved at this stage, please put your comments in writing to The General Manager,

Pets
Unfortunately, Hotel24seven.com pets are not allowed in the rooms/suites, under any circumstances.
No Smoking Policy
In the interest of all customers and staff, Hotel24seven.com operate a strict no-smoking policy in all parts of the building. However, smoking is permitable in the dedicated smoking areas outside the building - providing the customer removes the subsequent litter.
Utility Services
Hotel24seven.com cannot be held responsible for any failure or interruption of services to the apartment, including electricity and water or any damage, disruption or noise caused as a result of repair works being carried out in another part of the property.
Lost Property
Any items left in the room/suite will be kept at the company registered office for a maximum of three months after the departure date. Customers will be expected to pay for any postal/delivery costs associated with the return of such items.

Every effort has been made by Hotel24seven.com to ensure that the information and images on its website are accurate. However, information and images are subject to change without notice.
Please note that rooms/suites as featured on the website are individual and may vary in style, size and layout. Please contact the manager for further information on the individual apartments.
Please note that, should a customer/s be in breach of these terms and conditions, Hotel24seven.com reserve the right to request that they vacate their apartment within 24 hours.
